* NOTE!
Before downloading the firmware:
Check if your modem is a K-variant,(in which case you should use the K-variant of the firmware
below).
A K-variant has firmware version below 2.00, e.g. 1.08a,
(check with the ATI3 command) and sometime a "K" first
in the serial number.
