Intertex Caller ID application - CCID is completely free for download and use together with our modems and smart card modems.
All our modems with Caller ID and 2Mbit flash memory are capable of storing Caller ID information even when the PC is switched off. The application program CCID is used to configure the modem and read the numbers.
Modems equipped with an LED-display can directly show how many times certain numbers has called. You may set up three specific numbers or two specific numbers plus "all other" to be counted on the display. The CCID program is a Windows 95/98/NT application that allows you to:
- Store all your incoming calls in the modem.
- Associate a name with a recorded number and modify a simple phone book with the CCID program.
- Immediately show who is calling.
- >Read and view the callers from the modem (You must read the stored information before the next modem connection. Otherwise the information will be lost.)
The modems must have firmware version 2.01C or later, i.e. the files flixed into the modem must be 56SC201C.BIN or 57SC201C or later. It is recommended to upgrade to the latest firmware. (Modems using firmware files not starting with 56S or 57S cannot be used!)
